Problem statement 1:

As labor is hard to find in cities and we would need to go out in this environment. And there is less labor force at certain points and there is more labor force at certain points which create problem. So, our idea to have the labor data online and make them available to people in the area. So, if you need an electrician, plumber or mechanic a person will be send to your home directly. The wages could be set at specific values which will increase uniform distribution of labor.

Solution:

1- App development

2- Data gathering for right person to right labor (multi-tasker i.e., we have to have multitasking people and their skills matter.

3- Social Media campaign

4- Seminars

5- Fund Raising through some work (to be worked still)

Problem statement 2:

Due to multiple NGOs in the city, the difference between professional and Newly built NGOs have not cleared So new NGOs face difficulty in their different projects works.

Ideas/Solution to work on:

1. Bring skillful peoples in line who can make products or provide services to others but don’t have the finance to set up.
2. Engaging them with the firms providing micro-financing for small setups.
3. Social Media campaign for awareness about these peoples.
   Appealing to the general public for charity to help them differently.

Problem statement 3:

The Problem Statement:

In school and colleges mostly students don’t know life direction. So there is a need to provide students with knowledge that how to find their interest? What are the demanding fields of the market? And providing them a complete roadmap of the career which they choose? Or How can they earn money through their knowledge?

What can we do?

Solutions:

1. Firstly, Provide training about personality development to students so that they know their interests.

2. Providing them the knowledge about demanding fields of market and what are demanding skills of future.

3. And providing them a complete roadmap of their career. How can they learn skills? What are different sources through which they can learn skills? In which companies they can get the job? Which level of post they can get?

4. The most important thing how can they covert their knowledge or their skill into the money before completing their education.
