Amal totkay is the best tool to develop a growth mindset.

There are two types of mindset:

Growth mindset

Fixed mindset

A person with growth mindset believe that his/her talent can be developed through hard work, by making good strategies and by gaining input from others. While a person with fixed mindset believe that his/her talent is innate gift. So he or she don’t work much hard like a growth mindset people do. So people with growth mindset tend to achieve more than those with a fixed mindset.

Amal Totkay Growth Mindset:

Through amal totkay we can develop a growth mindset and get success and can also nourish our personality.

1-Self-talk

2-Get out of your comfort zone

3-Create new habit

4-Ask people help

5-Fake it till you make it

1-Self talk:

Self talk is our inner dialogue. It is supportive and affirming if we take it in a positive way, like I said to myself that I can do it nothing is impossible.

e.g. I am going to speak in the meeting today because I have something important to contribute.

I will think positively and omit the negative thoughts that are the barrier in my way to do something new and innovative.

2- Get out of your comfort zone:

Without getting out of the comfort zone one cannot achieve that for what he/she really want. To achieve something big it is necessary to come out of the comfort zone and work hard to achieve the goal.

3- Create new habit:

Try to develop a habit that will give you pleasure and you also learn from that.one can adopt any habit regarding his/her interest and can also learn many things from that. It will enhance your personality.

4- Ask people for help:

Ask people for help if you face any difficulty and also get feedback from that on your work so that you can improve that. And ask for help from those who you find will give you sincere suggestion.

5- Fake it till you make it:

Don't show your efforts till you show your results by working on your goal and by following the principle of progress ‘Amal’ achieve that.

Out of these five Amal totkas I would like to adopt first and second one because I think that by getting out of my comfort zone and with continuous hard work and by following the principle of progress Kam Kam Kam I can achieve my desire goal because to achieve something for what you are really passionate you must have to come out of your comfort zone. And the second thing through self talk in a positive way I can make up my mind that I can do it whether it is hard because nothing is impossible in this world.

‘It's only after you have stepped out of your comfort zone that you begin to change, grow and transform.’ (Roy T. Bennet)
